English Internships
English Major Internships — Broaden Your Education
English majors have the opportunity to explore various workplaces through internships at the 200- and 300-levels. Students have worked in publishing in New York City, horse training in Colorado, pastoral work in various locations in the U.S. and abroad (Sweden, Australia, New Zealand), marketing and events planning for Glencairn Museum, and public relations for the Office of Outreach and The Young Adult Connection.
Internships are also available for work experience on campus in admissions, marketing, the development office, and the student newspaper.
In addition to English-related internships, the College offers a broad variety of internships, including opportunities for first-year students.
