Admission Requirements and Procedures
Applicants should have an Associate in Arts degree or its equivalent, and they should have compiled a minimum overall GPA of 1.9 and a minimum of 2.5 in courses in the intended areas of specialization.
Applications should be addressed to the interdisciplinary program advisor, Dr. Gregory Baker, well in advance of registration for the academic term in which the intended interdisciplinary program is expected to begin.
Course Requirements
An interdisciplinary program with religion as one of the two components has requirements that are slightly different than those parts of a program without religion as one of its two components.
In addition to the requirement of 136 total credits, interdisciplinary graduates must have an overall GPA of 2.0 and must have a GPA of 2.0 in courses in the intended areas of specialization.

*A senior research essay must be written during the senior year under guidance of a faculty member approved by division heads for the work, the successful completion of which earns 6 credits. Students must register for the equivalent of these 6 credits prior to graduation. (A grace period of one term is allowed before additional tuition charges accrue.) The senior research essay should be designed to bring together the two areas of concentration comprising the major, within the sphere of the philosophy of New Church doctrine.
