The first phase of the several-year plan to refurbish and expand Bryn Athyn College facilities began over the summer and is now fully underway. Students arriving on campus for orientation and registration will find many old footpaths replaced and a slew of new landscaping already completed. Pendleton Hall Commons is also being completely refinished with new siding and flooring, new furnishings, and a multi-media screen. Other areas of campus will still be under construction through the beginning of the school year- several trees are due to be planted soon, new lighted outdoor volleyball and basketball courts will be completed near the residence halls this fall, and Pendleton Hall Chapel is receiving new carpet, new siding, new seats, and a new sound-system.
