Micah Alden graduated from Bryn Athyn College with an interdisciplinary degree in Religion and Psychology. Through his time at Bryn Athyn College he had the opportunity to become involved with the creation of the BAC Vegetable Garden. At the time he was simply thrilled to be a part of the project. Now he is blessed to have a job in which he works with students and teaches them to grow, maintain, and care for the gardens around the campus in a sustainable way. Please don't hesitate to contact him with questions, comments, or concerns regarding the College landscape, vegetable and community gardens, or sustainability at the College.

Renata Boodhansingh enters her first year as Coordinator of Student Activities, Orientation, and Multicultural Student Programming at Bryn Athyn College. Renata graduated from West Chester University with her BA in Sociology and a minor in Spanish and Ethnic Studies in 2010. She received her Masters of Public Administration, Certificate of Public Administration, and Certificate of Sports Management and Athletics from West Chester University in 2011. Renata has been involved with Multicultural Programming for about three years now and is looking forward to her new roles on campus.

Rosanne Bostock began her career by working part-time in the Academy Archives for seven years. She then worked full-time as the Executive Assistant for the Academy President for 26 years, and taught a high school keyboarding class for seven of those years. She has been working part-time at the Swedenborg Library since 2008. Rosanne is married and lives in Bryn Athyn.

Marvin Clymer is responsible for developing and maintaining the Swedenborg Library Digital Collections and supervising students digitizing material for this project. He has worked as Archives Assistant for the Swedenborg Library, historian, archivist, and writer for the F. J. Cooper Family, and Assistant Store Manager at Cutler Camera in Montgomeryville. He also operated EarthStar Photography and Programs, an independent photography and environmental presentation business, for over 30 years. He began his working career as the first Naturalist (environmental educator) for the Pennypack Watershed Association, now known as the Pennypack Ecological Restoration Trust.

William joined Bryn Athyn College after six years of assisting clients in the automotive industry. He is currently studying at Temple University to become a Certified Public Accountant. William is grateful for the education and opportunities he received as a student at Bryn Athyn College and is thrilled to be back on campus as a staff member.

After finishing graduate school, she was thrilled to come back to help others navigate their way to a fulfilling education. Scott Jones comes to Bryn Athyn College from Immaculata University, where he was the Head Athletic Trainer for two years. Jones also worked as a staff athletic trainer at the Riddle Rehab Institute for five years prior to IU. He spent his last two years at Riddle Rehab assigned as the Assistant Athletic Trainer at Neumann University. He previously worked in local colleges, high schools, and middle schools providing sports medicine services. Jones spent the previous five years in professional baseball as an athletic trainer with the Arizona Diamondbacks baseball club, and the three years before that in the independent leagues. He now resides in Exeter, PA, with his wife Carol, son Liam, and daughter Maura.

Abraham Joseph serves as the Residence Manager of Childs and Brock Halls and the Sports Information Director for the Bryn Athyn College Athletics Department. He joined the Bryn Athyn College team in 2010 upon graduation from Neumann University with a degree in Business Administration. He is looking forward to providing the residents of Childs and Brock Halls with an experience that encourages their academic and personal success.

Jenny Lucas serves as the Director of Residence Life at Bryn Athyn College and as Residence Manager of the Cottages and Women’s Suites. She grew up in the Bryn Athyn community and attended Bryn Athyn College. Of her experience at Bryn Athyn, she says, “I found that living in the residence halls while I was a student was one of the most rewarding experiences of my college career, and I’m glad to be involved in residence life again as a member of the staff.” After two years at Bryn Athyn, Jenny went on to graduate from Roanoke College in Salem, VA with a BA in Psychology. She returned to Bryn Athyn College “to give back to the community that was so meaningful to me, and I have loved the experience.” Jenny is currently pursuing her MS in Higher Education at Drexel University.

After a fulfilling career in the arts, she transitioned to higher education and most recently worked at University of California, Los Angeles. Jose O. Sandino is from from Granada, Nicaragua.  He graduated from Bryn Athyn College in 2014 with a BA in Psychology and Business. Andi joined the Swedenborg Library faculty in 2015. She is responsible for promoting and teaching Information Literacy classes in collaboration with librarians and subject faculty. She is also responsible for supporting reference and research services. She oversees the circulation of library materials, as well as works with the Technical Services Librarian on collection development. Andi has been a librarian in academic and elementary school libraries for many years, as well as an instructor in college level ESL courses at home and abroad, and has taught as an elementary school classroom teacher.

Dale Smith serves as the Financial Aid Coordinator for Bryn Athyn College and as the Assistant Residence Manager of Childs and Brock Halls. Dale graduated in 2010 from Bryn Athyn College with an Interdisciplinary degree in Business and Political Science. He also served as an RA at the Academy of the New Church for four years. Upon graduation, he left Bryn Athyn and worked as a management trainee for a large company in the food industry, but he missed working with young people, and returned to work for Bryn Athyn College.

Carol Traveny manages the physical and electronic collections and catalogs for several Academy libraries and the branch library of the Stockholm General Church society, and is an instructor in information literacy.
She is passionate about learning, and especially enjoys helping others discover the tools and resources that enable them to pursue their own passions. Outside of the library, Carol is developing her work as a photographer and painter.

Stephanie Walker joined the Bryn Athyn family in the summer of 2013.
