    Responsible for the collection, arrangement, preservation, description, and use of historical materials (unpublished) pertaining to the Academy of the New Church, Bryn Athyn College, the New Church, and the Bryn Athyn Community, as well as personal materials of individual significance in the history of the Church and the Academy.

    Provides assistance with New Church research/reference. Translates Latin material and New Church material into Korean, Japanese, and Chinese. Responsible for supervising student workers some evenings and weekends.

    Responsible for providing circulation service during assigned hours. Sorts mail, prepares equipment and building for weekday openings. Responsible for shelving maintenance and assists with keeping serial records.
