Our ice hockey team competes fiercely in the Delaware Valley Collegiate Hockey Conference (DVCHC). Practices and home games are held on-campus at James F. Jungé Ice Rink and Pavilion. Each February we also participate in the highly competitive Bishop's Bowl tournament, one of our favorite ice hockey traditions. Each year the tournament—which is open to men's and women's teams of students, faculty, community members, and alumni—is held over the course of one weekend either at home on the Jungé Ice Rink or in Ontario, Canada.

Meet the Coaches

This year we are welcoming Chris Puscian and Steve Gramiak as our new coaches for Bryn Athyn College's Ice Hockey team.

Chris Puscian has been a player and coach at the high school, junior, and professional levels in ice hockey. As a player, Chris attended training camp for the Sudbury Wolves Major Junior A team of the OHL, played junior hockey for eh North Suburban Junior Hawks of the MJHL and the London Diamonds of the OHA. As goaltender for the Pennsylvania State University ice hockey team, Chris won an ICHL Championship, and ACHA Division I National Invitational Championship and two Nittany Lion Invitational Tournament Championships. His professional ice hockey career includes a season at the NHL Minnesota Stars rookie training camp and four seasons of professional hockey in the ECHL, IHL, AHA, SPHL and European leagues. Chris's coaching background includes positions as coach for high schools in Minnesota, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. He has coached junior teams in Philadelphia and Buffalo, as well as a number of various camps and youth hockey programs. He has also held the position of head coach for a professional team in the MAHL.
