My Story...

  • Science Division Presents Poster on Findings of Deer Tracking Study. For the past year the Science Division of Bryn Athyn College, in cooperation with the Pennypack Ecological Restoration Trust (PERT), has been working on a biology project tracking the movements of white-tailed deer in suburban Philadelphia. On April 19th, the group (which includes two Bryn Athyn College students, four Bryn Athyn College faculty members, and two members of the PERT team) presented a poster of their research . . .
  • 2008 Williamsburg Scholarship Awarded History major Lamar Odhner has been awarded a scholarship to attend the 2008 Williamsburg Teacher Institute in Early American History. This internship is unique to Bryn Athyn College, and will provide Lamar with an opportunity to join teachers and historians in an intensive one-week course focusing on an interdisciplinary approach to teaching history.
  • Biology Major accepted into PhD programs at Johns Hopkins and Thomas Jefferson Universities. Annika Fitzpatrick, a senior in Biology at Bryn Athyn College, has recently been accepted into the Molecular and Cell Biology PhD programs at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore and Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, where she plans to study cancer, virology, viral genetics, or neurobiology.
