Dr. Kelly Ballard offers over 13 years of literacy expertise teaching students from second to ninth grade within the public school setting. Her dedication for working on behalf of children living in poverty fueled her passion to complete her doctorate focusing on best practices for supporting immigrant learners. She is eager to share her passion for teaching, love of research, and wealth of experience from her professional journey within the classroom.
